Hi!
I´m wondering if my pedelec sensor is broken, because it gives me full power when I stamp only very little. So it works only with full power or with zero power.

Dear Sir,
could you please kindly check the two rings? Whether they are broken? Please kindly send us some photos to our E-mail. Also when will it to be full power? Just ride or after some circles riding? Thanks.
best regards

Hi
The two rings are solid. I already tried reinstallation, but it does not work. It still gives only full power. Do you think the sensor is broken or is the reason something else? Did you got the pictures that I sent?
What can you do about this problem? Cause it´s summer here in Finland (and it´s very short) so I wanna ride my bike!
So please give me some help/advise asap!

Dear Sir,
We already sent you new PAS again. And now we are developping new PAS system with very good quality and can be used without throttle and has speed shift, we think soon we will finish it. Thanks.
best regards
Jason
