Hello i bought the 36v 12 ah battery, when i first got it i could go aprox 15 miles but now i can only get 3 -4 mile and battery goes dead... any ideas or do i have a bad
battery, if so warranty?? what do i do now ??

We need to know:
1. How much is the voltage after full charge
2. How much is the voltage when the battery is dead.
